Ong888 is more than just another online gaming platform. We operate with a clear mission: to deliver a safe, fair, exciting and accessible gaming experience for every Malaysian — anywhere, anytime.
Ong888 was established in 2019 by a group of technology and gaming industry experts who shared a common vision — to create an online gaming platform truly built for the Malaysian market. Not merely adapting a foreign platform and changing the interface language, but building something new from the ground up, with a deep understanding of local users' needs, habits and expectations.
In just a few years, ong888 has grown from a small platform into one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming destinations. Over 500,000 registered members have placed their trust in ong888 as their go-to place for entertainment, challenge, and real wins. That trust is not something we take lightly — it is a responsibility we carry every day.
At ong888, we believe online gaming should be an enjoyable, transparent, and responsible experience. That's why we continuously invest in the latest security technology, fair gaming systems, and a comprehensive responsible gaming programme — not because we have to, but because these are our core values.
All ong888 gaming systems use 256-bit SSL encryption and an internationally certified independent Random Number Generator (RNG). Every financial transaction is processed through fully secure and encrypted channels.
The ong888 team is made up of over 200 dedicated professionals — from software engineers and cybersecurity experts to data analysts, UX designers, and a friendly, responsive customer support team. Every day, we work hard to keep the ong888 platform at its best — fast, stable, secure, and enjoyable.
Six key reasons why ong888 is the number one online gaming platform of choice for Malaysians from all walks of life.

The ong888 app for Android and iOS was officially launched. Within three months, over 50,000 downloads were recorded — proving the strong demand for a mobile gaming experience optimised for Malaysian users.
Ong888 successfully obtained international RNG certification and passed its first independent security audit with distinction. This milestone reinforces ong888's position as a trusted and fair platform in the Malaysian market.
Ong888 reached the milestone of 200,000 registered members and launched a new loyalty programme, an expanded game lobby and an exclusive bingo room. The game catalogue grew to over 150 titles from leading international providers.
The biggest platform update in ong888 history was launched — featuring a new interface, faster payment systems, and a bingo progressive jackpot now exceeding RM 88,000. Total registered members reached 350,000.
Ong888 reached 500,000 registered members and continues to expand its game portfolio, improve withdrawal processing speeds and strengthen its responsible gaming programme. Our journey is far from over — the best is still ahead.
Ong888 is driven by a dedicated team of professionals with extensive experience in technology, gaming and customer service.

Cybersecurity expert and system architect with 12 years of experience. Responsible for keeping the ong888 infrastructure secure and stable at all times.
A digital product designer who has designed interfaces for over 20 international gaming platforms before joining ong888 in 2020.
Leading a 50-person support team that answers player queries in Malay and English 24/7. Committed to making every player feel valued.
When we started ong888 in 2019, the first question we asked ourselves wasn't "how do we make money?" but "what do Malaysian players truly need?" The answer to that question has shaped every decision we've made from day one to today.
Malaysian players need a platform they can truly trust — not just in words, but in action. One that processes withdrawals quickly without endless questions, offers bonuses that are easy to understand without confusing conditions, and has a support team reachable at any time in a language they understand. That is the ong888 we built.
Ong888 takes problem gambling very seriously. We know that a small number of players may struggle to control their gaming habits — and we do not want our platform to contribute to that problem. That is why we invest in a comprehensive and accessible responsible gaming programme.
Every ong888 account comes with daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit tools that players can set themselves. Loss limit options and break periods are also available, allowing players to give themselves a pause. If someone feels they need to stop entirely for a while, a self-exclusion option is available and will be activated immediately with no questions asked or attempts to change their mind.
The ong888 platform is built on a stable cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime — meaning you will almost never experience service disruptions while playing. ong888 servers are housed in internationally certified data centres with multi-layered backup systems to ensure service continuity even when technical issues arise.
The ong888 payment system is integrated with the FPX network and Malaysia's major banks — Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam, and many more — to ensure smooth, fast, and secure deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are recorded and can be reviewed in your account history at any time.
Ong888 is not a foreign company operating from afar without understanding the local context. We are a Malaysian product, built by Malaysians, for Malaysians. We understand the significance of Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Malaysia Day and other celebrations — and we mark these occasions alongside our player community through meaningful special promotions and exclusive rewards.
Feedback from the ong888 player community is the lifeblood of our platform development. Every suggestion, complaint, and compliment we receive is read and taken into account in our platform update planning. We are not a company that merely talks about listening to customers — we genuinely do it, and our platform update track record proves it.
Ong888 does not stop here. We are developing new features set to launch in the near future — including mobile app enhancements, new game category additions, loyalty programme upgrades and expanded payment options. Our goal remains the same as day one: to be the most trusted and most loved online gaming platform among Malaysians.
